During the play-off season, every call you make is going to be scrutinized to the fullest. Make sure everything you do projects confidence and strength. This means from your foul call, the use of your voice, reporting, and all the way to how you chop the clock in. Be strong and confident, but remember there is a fine line between displaying confidence and appearing arrogant.
Dave Hall talks constantly about how important your presentation is after the whistle. Your good call which may rank an “8” on the scale diminishes to a “4” or “3” with less than stellar presentation. Be strong, but don’t be arrogant.
